Do you know about afirmation, about Ta'lim, Tausyiah and Sharing ? Ok let me tell you about the different one by one. Our Surrounding always give more think, positive and negatif but we have to do the positive think, cause if we are goo we will get good too. so if we have positif think we will get the positif think too from the others. its mean from surround us.

so let's learn about the words above. from my title you know...

hem... okey.
To day in my office, we are always "sharing" on every morning, on this forum we always shared about information especially the positive information, and to day the topic is about the different of AFIRMASI, TAUSYIAH, TA'LIM, SHARING.

The equations of both is we are in one place together but there are few different thing that i will share with u.

AFIRMASI
Affirmation is put positive things into our subconscious about the things that positive spirit that we are sure can provide a positive

TAUSYIAH
Tausyiah is that we provide a positive thing to all people present in the group. with the beginning statement of gratitude to God and ended with a prayer to God.

TA'LIM
Ta'lim is a form of joint activities that begins with thanksgiving to God and learn about both the right and wrong from a book and reviewed for the good of us all that we get something positive in life, this activity in the end with beg forgiveness of the Almighty God so that we get good in the world and the hereafter

SHARING
Sharing is an activity carried out together in groups, this activity started with good intentions, positive and want to share about the positive things that we share what really works for us and the people who listen to us.

SMILE FOR LIBRARIAN

We know if live need someone else around us, and there so many caracter of us, but we have could be increasing from the different, we take more positive think for someone else to incresing our performance

Like smile, smile is one of small done, but its has big effect for or live, you can hear sound around u, smile is one way to know people from the other village, or may be from the other country, with smile people can accept us to their environment, with smile we can love more people, with smile we can solve the problem, with smile we can do everthing is becomes simplely, so lets practice smile to everyone, in every condition, and every place we are, but how to practice a good smile or very nice smile here its i will tell u about practice smile to the other people.

every you get up in the morning you must practice facial gymnastics like a move your mouth to top, bottom, left or right side, :)
clean your heart from the dirty mind and having a good positive think
open your eyers wide so you can accepted good reason to smile
try to smile to the people who met you along trough your way
keep trying :)

OKEY everybody let's practice smile to the other people around us start now..

Fresh Morning

Fresh Morning

This morning I felt so different because it was so sleepy and lack of sleep last night but thank God I have a cool work environment that can still be pumping the spirit to remain active day ahead

The morning is a wonderful start to move especially if we can get up early again we seemed to do a lot of fun activities so that our mind feels fresh and alive.

So when if we want to live a better life try and try to get up early morning air felt cool, try to look around maybe from there we will be inspired, from the bright morning air is clean, will also make our minds become more able to focus on what will do next

Much of what we find when we get up in the morning, when we were young and were used up in the morning then later on when we are married will be more easily felt in the react, respond habits in life, wake up in the morning not just when we sleep activity due to up in the morning is also a cycle for me hehehe...

But it's up to my friends who do not usually get up early do not try and I guarantee you'll open your mouth and hold hehehe ... do not believe try it again .. but the oath, my friend try to occasionally get up in the morning and feel the difference ...

UAS (End Semester Examination) again..

Dated July 7, 2008 well the war again with the name test
well said do not try to know at this one bogey this is the end of our long struggle was educated for 6 months ...but why we should be fighting well.

It's all kinds of steam coming out when we are in a destitute condition as when going through UAS (End Semester Examination) may have become a culture all people east of lazy in preparing everything before it actually happened. Not to forget to UTS well when it's the end of the struggle, the end of all kinds training, the end of all kinds of forging, is it possible we could end up with a beautiful (like Jikustik) would result later as sweet as what we expect and it all depends on the seriousness we are in front of his education as a lecturer.

UAS (End Semester Examination) is not something that should be in fear or that we hate most it's just that sometimes we have been burned, but wanted to learn to relax can be a good result, perhaps the culture that makes us sometimes make the UAS as a scourge. Well depending on us in the react, if we've prepared mentally I'm sure would be easy to deal with the name UAS (End Semester Examination) so do not be afraid to name UAS due to the UAS can we measure our ability, as my girlfriend reminds me that time we were eating together in the regular customers she said "My job a lot and may not be the type with a computer" I was surprised it was not for mercy in the era of advanced current task is still in handwritten, but from there, I understood that the originality of ideas it should be in original handwritten, not only copy paste... BRAVO Sweetheart.

To my friends well for the 45’s spirit of UAS, this year we'll be together again ..
for the next semester I'm waiting at the gates of Campus UWKS bye-bye....

FOUR TIMES RAFTING

July 10, Lek Jo going whitewater rafting again did well although this plan a little impromptu times yes or rather it had long planned for a date only slightly less right in the heart want to know why refer to well

Early July is the beginning of the school for new students, for high school graduates who want to go to university level or for a junior high school you went to high school or for the small brothers of your entry into kindergarten is the month of July holiday and make the people dizzy parents or for students who want to keep learning right?

Another month when I was in the battle, the fight against the problem and UAS to be first class, one can let me pitch the next semester, but unfortunately there is little lump this time the Office requires all staff to participate OUTBOUND TRAINING & rafting.

I was also thrilled that his challenge, but for time rather complications, this is the fourth time I'm going to jump the river again, challenging river water pouring “Pekalen River” at Probolinggo East Java but when it enters a shallow river in July ... but for those who would never cried over the sensation, if my sensations remain and that there is only exciting because it can both friends in the river water pouring challenging

Takes courage and guts as well but the most important intention is not to be trifled and merge with nature do not like to challenge nature because nature has its own strength and we can not conquer it if he had been instructed to speak then of the prayer so my friends let us safely to so I'm going to experience when we get home later from white water rafting again for the photos before I had, when I go home I'm going to share you all.

I really dont know where i have to start for my opinion, im just wanna say about something happened arround me, but my be better i have permission from my mom for her love.

Right know i just wanna tell to you, if we leave in the world must have "love" cause without love in our heart we are nothing, we cant do anything without love so we have love i think, with love you will get evertithing you want, with love you will get love from aroound you, and we have more be patient if we really get something without love.

because we cant hope love from the other one before we give it our love..

so....... if we want love we must give love first.

Life is always changing, moving at will without knowing the signs that but that's a lesson to be taken, we humans can only try to fix, fight and struggle to make sense of life, today there are stories from my office longer exists seasons rotation or call ... what mutations well, well enough to make people excited need a big heart to accept the various decisions that set.

For smooth job, for the vision and mission and ultimate goal of a responsibility it is necessary a change in the working atmosphere, in a series of responsibilities and the responsibilities description, a clear organizational structure and guidance from our boss.
Atmosphere of sadness mingled with the quiet chill of the heart, willingly, took off and accept the situation and it should be the responsibility we have this mentality, the soul of a leader must be brave when he led and also he should dare to come down when he had to come down and give full responsibility to the new generation ..
"I made the rearview mirror for your car when you walk with your speed" is the word that becomes motivation in the next leadership
well life is moving forward like a spinning wheel, over and over so ready or not ready then prepare yourself to welcome our life goes on ...
